Parkwood Estates, located in the community of Canton, is a family-oriented neighborhood. The quiet neighborhood has 317 single-family homes built in the 1970s. Homes built in this subdivision are part of the Smokler-Truesdell Association. The houses range anywhere from 1,300 to 2,600 sq. feet in size and can sell in the mid/low-200’s to low-300’s.
